David Goodwin: With over 25 years experience in the retail, wireless and consumer electronics industries, David has been nationally recognized for driving results and implementing innovative programs for his companies and partners. He has opened and operated independent retail chains and managed the activities of large retail field organizations for companies such as RadioShack and Best Buy. As an executive leader, he has also directed the national sales teams at Vonage and Sprint where he was responsible for the retail, wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and business-to-business sales channels.
Cliff Coleman: More than just a retail training specialist, Cliff has had an award-winning career in retail sales and management. As a specialist in sales management, store operations, recruiting, hiring and more he has built several retail chains from the ground-up. Cliff has supported companies big and small as a trainer and facilitator including Apple, Proctor and Gamble, Sears, Microsoft, Duracell, Dish Network, Forest Supply, Williams Trading and many more.
Erica Franco: Is a veteran Retail Manager, Field Manager, and Trainer. Her career includes experience in consumer electronics with RadioShack, big box consumer goods retailing with Target, and franchised food operations with Rita’s. Residing in central Florida, Erica has owned her own retail businesses and, as such, brings unique perspective to her training with dealer-owners. She has conducted training for companies such as RadioShack, Target, Disney, Pinchapenny Pools, Courts Furniture, Vonage, MetroPCS, and Samsung.
